 I must congratulate you and the staff on the excellent facilities and course so far delivered. As a ‘trained' tutor myself I found Sue's style very engaging and thought provoking. Add that to the friendliness and camaraderie encouraged amongst us by Sue, and indeed Natalie, and you have a first class learning environment.

Plus fantastic refreshments! Who could want anything more!

We feel the service was really good, there was no pressure, each stage you were listened to. The people we met reflected a caring, respectful & friendly attitude.  I think you've got it right, I found it not threatening. I like the idea of interviewing PA’s at the life store. It was in an accessible central location. We liked this as it kept a bit of normality about home life & the need to find an appropriate PA. I am unable to find a reason how you could make the service better. I was impressed.
