United for Change

The first conference took place on 3rd December 08, it was well attended by over 50 parents of children with disabilities from the Stockton area.

Parents wanted to see developments in 4 main areas, so have set up "focus groups" to work alongside professionals, on Short Breaks, Information, Key working and Transition.

Focus groups have been running, and will report back to the next conference.
