As most companies are looking for small charities which they can support and get involved with, MAIN Project, as a small Local charity, would be the ideal choice for any organisation to look at adopting or sponsoring.

MAIN Project prides itself on its ability to ensure maximum benefit to any business supporting the charity, Local or National, ensuring full recognition is given (unless requested not to) via MAIN Projects networking streams, including Facebook, Twitter, Linked-in, in addition to Local Media attention and our own internal and external newsletter updates and campaigns.  We believe this is vital in maintaining the relationship between ourselves and those supporting our campaigns and services, offering a high quality level of stewardship and social recognition.

Our fundraising team will ensure that your adoption is maximised by:

  •   Supporting your employees with fundraising packs;
  •   Ensuring any relationships are cultiavted and meanful to both parties;
  •   Membership to our "Friends Of MAIN Project" Scheme;
  •   Providing places in National fundraising events and challenge events;
  •   Keeping you and your team up to date with the Organsition and how your fundraising has helped our beneficaries
  •   Taking part in fundraising activities like a WRVS Tea Party and postal surveys;
  •   Offering an extensive range of volunteering opportunities.

Instead of corporate sponsorship, you may want to nominate an individual employee as your charity champion to help support MAIN Project.  This really helps to give back as an organisation and spread the message as to why this is important, along with motivating staff, using internal resources and minimizing impact of work load.

In choosing this option, MAIN Project can support by:

  •   Offering support materials including sponsorship forms, tips on fundraising;
  •   Organising specific events amongst the team;
  •   One to one mentoring in maxmizing fundraising;
  •   Supporting set up and sign up to payroll giving, an ideal and safe way for employees to contribute regularly in a safe and tax efficent way.

Also, a number of companies support our work through donations of goods and services (gifts in kind).  We have recently received raffle prizes from Contemporary Middlesbrough, Nandos, Pizza Hut, Nail Heavan and more.
