An opportunity for family members or carers to meet, share stories, get advice, and so much more.

MAIN has previously run sessions for families and carers who are affected by ASC and we are looking to relaunch this service.

The catch is we want to run these sessions with a twist, although we apprecaite that have a child or adult which you care for or support with additional needs can be challenging, at MAIn we try to remember there are often more smiles than tears and information is power.

We see these two tools are key factors in managing these daily struggles, with a smile where possible and knowing that you have access to the right information to get you through the most difficult of time, therefore we want to create a network for family members and carers which does just this.

A forum for people to come together, share best practice and information, yes share their challenges and struggles, but find solace in the fact that you are not alone and remember that you will have more reasons to smile than cry.

Although this is still undergoing development, we hope to announce a date and venue in late March to launch this group and would love to hear from you if you feel you would like to contribute, big or small, user participation s key to making all of our services a sucess.
